theneeb is one person. No team, no office, no investor. It is the name I publish software under, and everything released under it is built, supported and answered by me, Samuel Warren.

This page exists for a plain reason. If you are about to trust an app with your time, or pay it money, you should be able to find out who is on the other end of it.

What I make

Software for phones, built to do one thing properly rather than several things adequately. Small tools that answer a question you actually have, without an account, a newsletter or a tour of the features first.

Stockpot is the first one I have shipped. It answers something recipe websites are not built to answer: what can I actually cook right now, with what is in my kitchen, in the time I have. You can read its privacy policy and its terms, or get help with it.

More are planned. As they arrive they will be listed here, each with its own support page and the same email behind it.

How I work

Four decisions, written down because they are the ones people usually have to guess at:

What being one person means

It means decisions are quick, and the person who wrote the code is the person who replies to you. It also means I am not staffed for round-the-clock support, and I would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise. I aim to answer email within a couple of days.

If anything I make ever stops being maintained, that will be said here rather than left for you to work out.
